1. The gas entering the catalytic combustion equipment is pretreated to remove dust, liquid droplets and harmful components, so as to avoid the blockage of the catalytic bed and the poisoning of the catalyst. In the preheating part, in addition to setting heating equipment, should also adhere to the corresponding length of the preheating zone, so that the gas temperature distributed evenly and in the use of fuel combustion heating imported waste gas, to ensure that the flame does not contact with the catalyst.
Activated carbon is through the decomposition of carbon activity, it has a large ratio of surface product and porous, which makes it has a strong adsorption capacity. The particle size is generally 700-1200m2 /g, and the middle part is 1.5nm~5um. Activated carbon adsorption is generally suitable for large air volume, low concentration, low ambient humidity, low soot organic waste gas.
2. The temperature of the gas entering the catalytic bed needs to reach the ignition temperature of the catalyst used, and the catalytic reaction can be carried out. Therefore, the waste gas below the ignition temperature should be preheated to reach the ignition temperature, and the cold waste gas should be preheated. Therefore, the catalytic combustion equipment is suitable for the purification of continuous exhaust gas. After preheating the intake air, the heat from the combustion tail gas can be used to preheat the imported gas.
