In order to implement the national "13th Five-Year Plan" Work Plan for the Prevention and Control of volatile Organic Matter pollution, comprehensively strengthen the emission control of volatile organic matter in industrial parks, explore the establishment of volatile organic matter monitoring and early warning system in industrial parks. On April 16, the ecological Environment monitoring Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment visited Beijing Modern Automobile Co., Ltd. in Shunyi District of Beijing to investigate the implementation of VOC monitoring pilot work. Municipal Bureau of Ecological Environment, District Bureau of Ecological Environment, Zibo Bureau of Ecological Environment, Leshan Wutongqiao District Environmental Monitoring Station, Leshan Institute of Environmental Science, China Kunlun Engineering Co., LTD. Jilin Branch relevant responsible comrades jointly participated in the investigation.
The group first went to the third modern plant and visited two VOC online monitoring sites and a multi-parameter trend monitoring equipment site. Up to now, Shunyi District has built 7 VOC online monitoring sites in Beijing Modern Automobile Park, with a total of 10 VOC online monitoring devices and 32 multi-parameter trend monitoring devices installed. Subsequently, the group came to the conference room on the third floor of the district Bureau of Ecological Environment to further understand the progress of the VOC monitoring pilot work and discuss the implementation of the VOC monitoring pilot work.
At the meeting, the head of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment thanked Beijing Modern Co., Ltd. for the support of the VOC monitoring pilot work. Then put forward, one is to strengthen technical research, currently in the institutional reform, to make good use of all aspects of resources in a reasonable and efficient way, the municipal Bureau of Ecological environment should do a good job in technical support and supervision and management. Second, speed up the determination of technical routes, sorting out the implementation and promotion of the results. Third, we need to strengthen technical exchanges. As pilot work in different regions has different emphases, we must strengthen mutual learning, reference and cooperation between industries and regions. Fourthly, VOC monitoring pilot work can achieve evaluation, early warning and traceability.
