After the adsorption bed is fully adsorbed, switch between the desorption air valve and the adsorption air valve, and the desorption fan will start the desorption of the adsorption bed. The fresh air after desorption is mainly heated by the heat exchanger and electric heating chamber at the fresh air inlet. Fresh air is heated to approximately 120 ° C and enters the activated carbon bed. After heating the carbon bed, the solvent adsorbed by the activated carbon evaporates.
The entire system equipment has achieved automation of the purification and desorption process. Compared with the recycling organic waste gas purification device, it does not require additional energy such as compressed air, and does not generate secondary pollution during operation, resulting in low equipment investment and operating costs.
The desorption value of activated carbon needs to be set according to specific values, such as the workload, working hours, and exhaust gas concentration of each industry. When the activated carbon adsorption reaches saturation value, the catalytic combustion system will automatically desorb. Therefore, the desorption time of activated carbon catalytic combustion is not fixed, nor does it have a fixed value.
According to industry characteristics, the desorption time for exhaust gases in industries such as catalytic combustion desorption coating, baking, and spraying is set to 15-20 days, and the desorption time is 3-5 hours; In industries such as rubber desorption, injection molding, plastics, and cable synthesis, its main components are butadiene, acrylonitrile, etc., with exhaust gas concentrations ranging from 700 to 900. For this type of exhaust gas desorption, one desorption takes 7-10 days and the desorption time is about 5-6 hours.
