Catalytic combustion equipment is a device that burns under the action of a catalyst. The working principle of a catalytic combustion device is: with the help of a catalyst, organic waste gas undergoes flameless combustion at a lower ignition temperature, decomposing into carbon dioxide and water vapor. Biological deodorization mainly utilizes microorganisms for deodorization. Through the physiological metabolism of microorganisms, odor substances are transformed to effectively decompose and remove target pollutants, achieving the goal of controlling odors. The adsorption and desorption of activated carbon depend on its own pore structure. Activated carbon is a microcrystalline carbon material mainly made of carbon containing materials, with a black appearance, well-developed internal pore structure, large specific surface area, and strong adsorption capacity. Many catalytic combustion equipment manufacturers have identified many equipment issues and attempted to adjust this situation to ensure effective extension of the machine's service life.
These defects are mainly reflected in the following aspects: firstly, the selection of catalyst bed layer is a key part of the entire catalytic combustion device, because the selection of catalyst needs to meet design requirements, and the temperature and flow rate of each part of the catalyst bed are required to be the same to ensure that the catalytic rate is not affected. Once the flow rate and temperature of the catalyst bed cannot meet the requirements of the catalyst, the catalyst will be overloaded, greatly reducing the efficiency of the catalyst and affecting its service life. Therefore, the selection of catalyst bed in catalytic combustion devices should be reasonable to ensure that serious errors do not occur during the production process.
Many manufacturers of catalytic combustion equipment have realized the severity of this problem and are conducting more testing and research to ensure good overall usage effectiveness.
