2: Strictly control the concentration of organic matter in catalytic combustion equipment to ensure it is at a safe level. This is the basic measure to prevent explosions. When the inlet concentration exceeds the lower explosive limit, catalytic combustion itself is the ignition source. Even if an explosion-proof fan is used earlier, pipes with anti-static plugs will not be helpful. As the gas temperature increases, the lower explosive limit of organic compounds greatly decreases. 3: Install necessary equipment, exhaust gas inlet, and necessary exhaust gas branch inlet for concentration monitoring; For high concentration exhaust gas, a dilution air valve, exhaust gas inlet, and buffer tank should be added at the catalytic combustion inlet. 4: Optimize the collection system. To ensure exhaust technology, it is necessary to design a suction hood and fan, and plan an exhaust manifold as the main outlet of the branch pipe and the collection and treatment system of the treatment ladder. The catalytic combustion equipment should undergo no-load testing, and then gradually connect to low concentration through blank treatment, and use exhaust gas and other organic gases for stable treatment. After operating the sewage tank cover, collect the waste gas, and then discharge it for workshop measurement. Measure the emission rate and concentration of the high concentration exhaust gas to be connected, and place the peak concentration in the middle. The concentration of organic matter at a single exhaust point should be within 1000 ppm and should not exceed 5000 ppm.
