Processing air volume (Q)
The processing air volume refers to the volume of gas that the dust removal equipment can purify per unit time. The unit is cubic meters per hour (m/h) or standard cubic meters per hour (Nm/h). It is one of the important factors in the design of bag type dust collectors.
When designing or selecting a bag filter based on air volume, it is generally not possible to operate the filter beyond the specified air volume. Otherwise, the filter bag is prone to blockage, shortened lifespan, significantly increased pressure loss, and reduced dust removal efficiency; However, the air volume should not be too large, otherwise it will increase equipment investment and land area, waste resources, and not save energy. The reasonable selection of processing air volume is often determined based on process conditions and experience.
Operating temperature (℃)
For bag type dust collectors, their operating temperature depends on two factors: one is the bearing temperature of the filter material, and the other is that the gas temperature must be above the dew point temperature. Due to the extensive selection of fiberglass filter materials, their operating temperature can reach 280 ℃. For gases above this temperature, cooling measures must be taken, and for gases below the dew point temperature, temperature raising measures must be taken. For bag type dust collectors, the relationship between temperature and dust removal efficiency is not obvious, which is different from electric dust collectors. For electric dust collectors, changes in temperature can affect the specific resistance of the dust and affect the dust removal efficiency.
Dust concentration at the outlet (g/m ³)
The outlet dust concentration refers to the emission concentration of the dust collector, expressed in the same way as the inlet dust concentration. The size of the outlet dust concentration should be based on local environmental protection requirements or user requirements. The emission concentration of bag type dust collectors can generally reach below 50mg/Nm.
