With the effect of catalysts, the exhaust gas can be effectively ignited at lower temperature conditions, then undergoes flameless incineration, and then undergoes oxidation and differentiation into harmless carbon dioxide and water, releasing a lot of heat energy. This can achieve the removal of harmful substances near the exhaust gas and purify the exhaust gas.
This treatment method requires relatively less auxiliary fuel, lower energy consumption, and requires a smaller volume in the processing equipment. The operation is simple, safe, and has high purification efficiency, making it very suitable for use in professions such as chemical engineering, painting, insulation materials, and coating production. 1. Preheating type
This belongs to a relatively basic process, as catalysts have a principle that when the temperature of organic waste gas is below 100 ℃ and the concentration is low, the heat cannot be self-sufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to heat up the reactor in the preheating chamber before entering it. The commonly used preheating methods include gas or electric heating, which can raise the exhaust gas to the ignition temperature required for catalytic reaction, and then achieve the intention of incineration oxidation differentiation. The gas after incineration oxidation exchanges heat with the untreated exhaust gas in the heat exchanger, and can then recover some of the heat.
2. Inherent thermal equilibrium
