5. flame arrester: isolate the danger between equipment and waste gas source, ensure the safety between processing equipment and production equipment, and remove the dust in waste gas source. 6. Heat exchanger: Exchange the heat energy of organic gases with the cold air flow of the exhaust gas source to exchange heat energy and increase the temperature of the exhaust gas source. When the concentration of exhaust gas reaches a numerical value, the heat exchanger can ensure the normal operation of the equipment without operating power supply. It is a device used in catalytic purification devices to increase the temperature of exhaust gas sources and is also one of the energy-saving facilities in the equipment. By reasonably controlling the internal airflow of the heat exchanger, the efficiency of the heat exchanger is ensured to be over 60%.
