The catalytic combustion method first heats the regenerator, then enters the atmosphere, heats the atmosphere to a high temperature, sends it into the furnace to mix with the flue gas, and then mixes with the fuel for combustion. Usually, the high-temperature atmospheric temperature is greater than 1000 ℃. For regenerative combustion, it is necessary to pair the heat accumulators.

Catalytic combustion can achieve full combustion of fuel at lower temperatures, improve the combustion process, lower reaction temperature, promote complete combustion, and prevent the generation of harmful gases.
After prolonged use, there will inevitably be varying degrees of wear, which may increase friction between machine components and increase heat generation. What should be the solution to this problem?
1. Inner lining method: A device that installs an inner lining inside a machine and processes wear-resistant materials into shapes.
2. Use more wear-resistant materials: When manufacturing catalytic combustion equipment, more wear-resistant materials, such as composite metals, should be used.
3. Coating method: Mix wear-resistant materials in proportion to form an inner coating and apply it inside the machine.
