Different emission scenarios and exhaust gases have different process flows. But regardless of the process used, it is composed of the following process units.
① Waste gas pretreatment: in order to avoid catalyst bed blockage and catalyst poisoning, waste gas shall be pretreated before entering the bed to remove dust, droplets and catalyst poisons in the waste gas.
② Preheating device: The preheating device includes a waste gas preheating device and a catalyst burner preheating device. Due to the catalytic activity temperature of the catalyst, it is called the catalyst ignition temperature for catalytic combustion. The temperature of the exhaust gas and bed layer should reach the ignition temperature of catalytic combustion. Therefore, a preheating device is required. However, for situations where the exhaust gas itself has a high temperature, such as enameled wires, insulation materials, baking paint, and other dry exhaust gases, the temperature can reach over 300 ℃ without the need for a preheating device.
③ Catalytic combustion equipment generally uses fixed bed catalytic reactors. The design of the reactor is based on specifications. When customizing catalytic incineration equipment, if there is an environmental protection renovation plan, relevant data needs to be provided. Some waste gas treatment requires auxiliary equipment to meet emission requirements.
