1. Metal supports such as exhaust pipes, suspension rods, and fans should be treated once a year to avoid affecting operation.
2. Turn on the fan and water pump: When starting, first turn on the fan and then turn on the water pump; When turning off, first turn off the water pump and then turn off the fan.
To ensure the normal operation of industrial waste gas treatment equipment, it is necessary to have a dedicated person manage the equipment. Regularly check whether the fan and pump operate normally, whether the liquid level is normal, and whether the absorption liquid concentration is within the specified range. If problems are found, they should be dealt with promptly.
4. Precautions during installation: Due to the fact that FRP is usually flammable, open flames should be prohibited during installation and maintenance.
5. It is an industrial waste gas treatment equipment with purification effect. When the exhaust gas is acidic, the circulating liquid in the storage tank should maintain the concentration of sodium hydroxide within the range of 2% to 6%. When the exhaust gas is alkaline, the concentration of the circulating liquid should be maintained. ≤ 15%, therefore, the circulating liquid of the purification tower should be replaced regularly according to the actual situation.
6. The purification tower and fan should be assembled in accordance with specifications and sequence during installation. When installing the fan, be careful not to fall into debris to avoid damaging the impeller. After the purification tower is installed, the dirt in the tower shall be cleaned before commissioning.
