3. Catalytic combustion needs to be carried out under corresponding temperature conditions, and low-temperature gases must be heated. The larger the air volume, the greater the energy consumption, and the higher the operating cost.
4. Catalytic combustion is generally applicable to gaseous substances with low air volume, good concentration, and high temperature. The exhaust gas must not contain factors such as sulfur, lead, mercury, arsenic, and halogens that can poison the catalyst.
5. The commonly used catalysts in waste gas treatment are honeycomb palladium metal catalysts and platinum metal catalysts. Catalytic combustion methods include electric heating and gas heating, while combustion methods include direct catalytic combustion and regenerative catalytic combustion.
