Operating procedures for bag filter
1、 Preparation before startup
1. Ensure that the viewing holes of the dust collector are in a closed state.
2. Ensure the normal power supply of all electrical equipment.
3. Ensure that the compressed air supply is normal, with a normal value of over 0.4MPa.
2、 On/Off Process
1. Startup sequence
Compressed air - Ash discharge system - Pulse cleaning system - Fan - Process equipment
2. Shutdown sequence
Process equipment - Fan - Pulse ash cleaning system - Ash unloading system - Compressed air
3. Clarify
(1) This dust removal system adopts manual ash unloading, and the ash unloading system may not follow the above switch on/off sequence.
(2) If the dust collector is not shut down for a long time, it is not necessary to close the compressed air valve and control system.
(3) If the dust collector needs to be shut down for a long time, when the dust collector fan stops working, the pulse cleaning system must operate normally for 1-5 cleaning cycles, and empty the dust in the dust collector hopper to ensure that there is no dust accumulation in the filter bag and no dust in the ash hopper. If possible, conduct regular free assignments.
III. Daily Handling
1. During the equipment operation process, a dedicated person should be assigned to handle it and keep records of the operation.
2. The oil-water separator in the air source triple unit of the dust collector should be discharged once per shift, and the oil mist collector should frequently check the oil storage status and refuel in a timely manner.
3. Depending on the condition of the ash in the ash hopper, the ash should be unloaded at least once per shift.
4. Operating components such as motors and reducers should be refueled according to regulations, and any abnormalities should be promptly addressed.
5. If there are impurities, moisture, and other foreign objects inside the pulse valve and lift valve cylinder, they should be promptly removed. If the solenoid valve or diaphragm is faulty or damaged, it should be promptly corrected or replaced.
6. Check the sealing strip on the door and replace it promptly if there is any aging.
7. Regularly check the compressed air system and ash unloading system, and promptly handle any abnormalities found.
8. Check the emission status of the dust removal chimney every shift, and if ash is found from the chimney, replace the damaged filter bag in a timely manner.
9. Regularly verify the dust collector program.
IV. Maintenance
After every six months of operation, the dust collector should undergo a medium maintenance period of 1-3 days, which includes the following contents:
1. Check if the filter bag is damaged. If there is any damage, replace it with a new filter bag in a timely manner.
2. Check the cleaning effect, open the top access door, extract at least one filter bag from each room, check the dust deposition status, and adjust the cleaning cycle according to the actual situation.
3. Check if all electrical equipment and indicating instruments are functioning properly, and repair or replace them if they are not functioning properly.
4. Check if the action and blowing force of the pulse valve are normal, and if the diaphragm is damaged.
5. Check if the lift valve cylinder and its solenoid valve are functioning properly.
6. Check whether there is dust accumulation or blockage in the dust removal pipeline (especially the air inlet pipeline), and if necessary, perform manual dust removal.
The dust collector should be overhauled once a year after operation, and the timing should be determined based on the workload. In addition to the medium maintenance content, the overhaul should also check for any rusted or damaged components and replace them in a timely manner.
Five Safety Factors Notice
1. Smoking and fire are prohibited near the dust collector.
2. The live parts of electrical equipment should not be directly touched by the human body, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.
3. During equipment operation, it is prohibited to touch the operating parts of the fan and motor, otherwise it may cause harm to the human body.
4. Dust collectors equipped with lifting valves are prohibited from using compressed air or compressed air before opening
