The meaning of MVR evaporator:

MVR is the abbreviation of mechanical vapor recompression technology, which utilizes the secondary steam and its energy generated by the evaporation system itself to increase the mechanical work of low-grade steam through the compressor into a high-grade steam heat source. This cycle provides thermal energy to the evaporation system, thereby reducing the demand for external energy as an energy-saving technology.

The Lantian Aoyu MVR low-temperature evaporator adopts a skid-mounted structure, which occupies less space compared to traditional evaporation equipment, reduces energy consumption by more than 30%, and has more economic advantages.

Industry applications

MVR evaporation equipment is widely used in industries such as steel wire, heavy metal wastewater, chemical industry, electroplating, landfill leachate, food, petrochemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, and environmental protection. In the treatment of industrial wastewater such as chemical and electroplating industries, it is difficult to efficiently treat high salt and high COD wastewater. The company provides MVR low-temperature evaporation efficient solutions for high salt and high COD wastewater, achieving concentration reduction, reuse of reclaimed water, and ultimately achieving zero wastewater discharge.

Applicable water quality

Electroplating wastewater, garbage leachate, emulsion, colored wastewater, regenerated water from desalination devices, lithium battery production wastewater, water washing and reaction tank wastewater, grinding and hardening process wastewater, concentrated water from microfiltration and ultrafiltration, release agent, cleaning wastewater, acid washing and phosphating wastewater.

Effluent effect

Clear distilled water;

Heavy metals~0 mg/L;

Salt substances and hardness~0 mg/L;

Sterile (120 ° C steam);

The pH value is similar to the water in front of the evaporator;

COD decreases by about 20 times;

Process principle of MVR low-temperature evaporator

1. The system is turned on, and the Roots compressor starts working. Negative pressure is generated in the cylinder, and wastewater enters;

2. Electric heating heats the wastewater to 85 ℃, and the wastewater begins to evaporate due to vacuum negative pressure.

3. The steam passes through a Roots compressor, raising the secondary temperature of 85 ℃ steam by 20 ℃, and enters a plate heat exchanger for heat exchange with wastewater, which further reduces energy consumption through heat exchange.

4. After heat exchange, the steam is cooled and condensed into distilled water for reuse.

5. As the circulating wastewater continues to evaporate and concentrate, a concentrated slurry gradually forms in the evaporation tank, which is discharged through a material pump for treatment. 105 ℃ steam condenses inside the jacket, releasing a large amount of latent heat, which is transferred to the wastewater. The wastewater absorbs heat and continues to generate 90 ℃ secondary steam, continuously circulating in this way.

As evaporation progresses, the wastewater inside the cylinder is forcibly evaporated to dryness, and the solid matter is ultimately discharged through a scraper.
