Zeolite runner: Zeolite concentrator runner is a honeycomb shaped runner made of inorganic fiber as substrate and coated with hydrophobic zeolite as adsorbent. Zeolite runner as an adsorbent for the treatment of VOCs, can effectively adsorb organic waste gas, purification efficiency of waste gas can reach more than 90%, high operational stability, adsorption material for inorganic silicate, no safety risks. Zeolite runner principle: The shrink runner is divided into three zones: adsorption zone, desorption zone and cooling zone. The waste gas first contacts the adsorption zone of the runner, and the organic waste gas is absorbed to the small hole of the runner. Then, through the rotation of the runner, the saturated hole is absorbed into the desorption zone with small area. The high-concentration waste gas is backblown and desorbed by the hot air with small flow rate, and then it enters the thermal oxidation device for combustion to generate water and carbon dioxide. Thus, the concentration process of organic waste gas with large air volume and low concentration is completed. The desorbed clean adsorption carrier is transferred to the cooling zone, cooled from air to room temperature, and continues to enter the adsorption stage, and so on.
