Solution for scraper crystallization dryer
In the MVR low-temperature evaporation concentration process, the KLT series MVR evaporation equipment is generally used to concentrate wastewater, resulting in a 5% concentrated solution for outsourced treatment. The cost of concentrated solution treatment in high-volume processes is a challenge. Lantian Aoyu has developed a scraper crystallization dryer for concentrated solution, which uses a concentration+drying process to dry the concentrated solution into a solid with a moisture content of only 10%. The outsourcing cost can be reduced by 80%, achieving full quantification treatment.
The Lantian Aoyu scraper crystallization dryer adopts a pry mounted structure, which occupies less space and has more economic advantages.

The scraper crystallization dryer is designed for the treatment of concentrated solution after high water MVR evaporation, as well as high concentration and low water treatment processes.
System principle
The system is turned on, the compressor is started, and a negative pressure of -10Kpa is generated inside the vacuum scraper cylinder. The concentrated mother liquor is pumped into the buffer tank through an external pump and sucked into the scraper evaporator cylinder from the buffer tank,;
The external steam heats the concentrated mother liquor in the tank to 40 ℃ through a jacket to form evaporation
The steam evaporated from the concentrated mother liquor is sucked into the condenser and undergoes heat exchange with the external cooling water, forming condensed water for discharge.
With the external drainage amount, the concentrated mother liquor circulates into the scraper evaporation bucket according to the liquid level limit.
As the mother liquor is continuously concentrated, it gradually becomes solid under the stirring of the scraper. After reaching the discharge conditions, the solid pollutants are discharged through the material discharge port until the system is emptied, and the next cycle begins.
