Zeolite is a mineral component of siliceous aluminate, which contains rich pore structure and is suitable for adsorption materials.
Left: Hydrophobic zeolite adsorbent with high Si/Al ratio, suitable for the adsorption of non-polar or weakly polar organic compounds;
Right: Hydrophobic zeolite adsorbent with low Si/Al ratio, suitable for the adsorption of polar organic compounds;

Advantages of zeolite rotary equipment in purifying VOCs:
1. The cylindrical runner is more suitable for handling organic waste gas projects with extremely large air volumes, with a relatively smaller footprint;
2. The zeolite content of the adsorption and concentration material of the cylindrical runner is as high as 75%, while the zeolite content of the disc runner material is only 30%~50%;
3. The zeolite material of the cylindrical runner can achieve concentration of 30-40 times the concentration, while the material of the disc runner can only achieve 10-20 times the concentration;
4. For engineering projects that require two-stage adsorption, the disc type runner has to use two sets of equipment, while the barrel type runner only needs to make one set of equipment with double-layer zeolite bricks;
5. Correspondingly, when consumables need to be replaced, the disc type runner needs to replace all the zeolite runners, while the barrel type runner can use the inner layer of zeolite material as the outer layer, only adding and replacing half of the consumables can save costs;
6. The zeolite material of the disc type runner has a high heat capacity and requires a separate set of fan pipelines for blowing and cooling, while the barrel type runner does not need to be used, saving electricity consumption;
